This is a very regional local focus type of business. So choosing the right location is very important. Number three is how to onboard clients, particularly how you go about targeting those clients. This is gonna be dependent upon the kind of food that you’re looking to serve, the kind of business model that you’re going to want to try and operate your kitchen under. So we’ll go over a few of those options for regulation, how regulation can impact what it is that you can and can’t do things. You got to look out for permits, licences, things like that. Number five, logistics. So here we’re talking about the materials you need, how to go about organising and getting writers and food delivery people, how to handle payments, how to how how to handle marketing, things like that. Next up, we go scaling. You’re going to want to start out small, but at some point you want to make sure that your business model can scale. And we’ve got some pointers and tips on how you can go about doing that and things you need to account for risks and particularly minutes minimising the downside risk. We’ve got some tips here on the sort of things that are going to be coming down the path, hurdles you want to be looking out for and things you can do to try and mitigate some of the best practises. We talked to a bunch of people in this industry. Pick their brains, try to find out what what the subtle little tips are, the things that you need to bear in mind when you’re doing it, things you might not even thought about.
